Alma founded ClearValue Insurance Agency after working as an agent for one of the largest insurance companies in the nation. He quickly found out that the best way to help his clients was to offer as many insurance carriers as possible. The harsh reality is that while one company may be great for one person, the next person may have terrible rates, terrible claims experience, etc. There's a term in the insurance industry called "appetite" which simply means whether or not the insurance carrier wants you as a customer or not.
