EXHIBITOR AMENITIES PACKAGE
Each booth includes: (40) comp tickets, exhibitor letter for discount tickets, exhibitor badges (5 for >400 & 10 for <400sqft), on-site professional management and a single category listing in the official show program. Rates include standard draped booth with backdrop and side drape dividers.
To help maintain a balanced and diverse show floor, we limit participation to one product category per 10' x 10' booth space. If you'd like to showcase multiple services/products, additional square footage will need to be reserved.
This allows us to effectively manage category saturation while accurately calculating market representation and business displacement based on square footage.
If a company wishes to secure category exclusivity and eliminate direct competitors from participating, they may do so by purchasing the equivalent square footage currently allocated to that category.
(Please note that all listed exhibitor inclusions and benefits named above are scaled according to the total square footage purchased.)
